Victoria, the second summer
The wood oven, the Saturday ftira class, and why the kiosk works so well on Gozo.
Our house on Republic Street opened in 2024. In its second summer the ftira from the wood oven is the dish we sell most, and the Saturday class is full until September.
At the pastizzeria most guests now order at the kiosk while they wait for the bus to the ferry. The team at the counter has more time for the qassatat.
